1, Initial contact: Simply send us a TEXT or call us with your job description and any photos to get the ball rolling.

2, Free quote: Once we have enough photos and information from you we will discuss preliminary pricing and may be able to supply you with a free quote subject to a site visit. *Important: Please try to understand that factored into the quoted fixed price to you the customer are just some of the following business service expenses/costs: Materials, labour, estimating, admin, marketing, materials sourcing & collection, tool & vehicle maintenance, accounting, insurances and more. Factor in also the time lost between jobs and the days we cannot work outdoors and earn due to extreme heat and rains/ storms etc.

3, Booking in the job: Once the work is approved by both parties we will book in your scope of works. Depending on the job size and how busy we are booked out in advance, the start date may be hard to determine. We may advise you of approximate start dates and keep you updated as we complete any other jobs underway.

Please try to understand that due to the complications and many variables of construction work, we do not know exactly how long a job will take, therefore we can only give a rough estimate of the time to complete the scope of works.  When arriving/ meeting onsite we will endeavour to be onsite within 1hr of the agreed meeting time.

 

Working on existing/ finished homes is extremely difficult, tedious, dangerous and highly skilled, both mentally and physically. We simply ask that you acknowledge this and allow us to get the job done.

Many a time it is very hard for us to answer as we are probably using both hands on the tools. Just TEXT through your work description and any relevant photos. When taking the photos of your requirements, please stand way back so we can see the heights, any obstructions and the entire work area involved. *Example: For barge boards replacement, we would need to see the barge boards and the ground in the photo.
