Second story luxury home Duncraig for Cassari Builders. Lorenzo from Cassari contracted Jai Evans to undertake all the second story timber framing to this beautiful architecturally designed luxury home in Duncraig. Being a skilled Carpenter and possessing the knowledge and experience to take on a job of this scale Jai decided to accept this project. The scope of works Included: First floor joists and wet area fibre cement sheeting, stud wall framing including window lintels and the pitched roof including all LVL beams and Gable finishing.
Owner Builder Home Extension Wanneroo: An Owner Builder approached us about contracting us to build his roof extension to a master bedroom home extension in Wanneroo. Look at the beautiful roof we built! As the owner Shane was so pleased with the roof we built for him and his family he really wanted us to undertake the new Colorbond gutters, downpipes and roof tiling, so we did!
Owner Builder Home Extension Bassendean: This Owner Builder approached us to build his roof for his home extension in Bassendean. This customer was so happy with the roof carpentry work we did, he contracted us to undertake the new gutters and downpipes to his project.
Owner Builder Home Extension Greenwood: This particular Owner Builder in Greenwood was referred to us by a fellow tradesman. Upon meeting with the client onsite and checking his brickwork, we supplied him with a fixed price quote for all of the roof carpentry to his new home extension. The client approved our quote and we built a beautiful roof extension for him.
Pitched hip roof in Joondanna: A pitched/ cut in roof is superior to a trussed roof in many ways. Trusses are pre fabricated in warehouses and are made to fit perfect dimensions. This can create problems onsite in the real world because brickwork and concreting is rarely EVER perfect. Little imperfections on a pitched roof can be ironed out by measuring in roof members and still producing a beautiful flat roof. Also roof trusses have engineered webbing built into them, thus ruling out any attic storage you may have hoped for. These important issues do not exist on a pitched roof.
