Jai worked building new pitched and trussed timber roofs for building companies for years until he had mastered the complex art of roof carpentry. He then undertook many roof additions himself for owner builders. Second story luxury home Duncraig. Lorenzo from Cassari Group contracted Jai Evans to undertake all the second story timber framing to this beautiful architecturally designed luxury home in Duncraig. Being a skilled Carpenter and possessing the knowledge and experience to take on a job of this scale Jai decided to accept this project. The scope of works Included: First floor joists and wet area fibre cement sheeting, stud wall framing including window lintels and the pitched roof including all LVL beams and Gable finishing.

Home Extension Wanneroo: An Owner Builder approached us about contracting us to build his roof extension to a master bedroom home extension in Wanneroo. Look at the beautiful roof we built! As the owner Shane was so pleased with the roof we built for him and his family he really wanted us to undertake the new Colorbond gutters, downpipes and roof tiling, so we did!

Home Extension Bassendean: An Owner Builder approached us to build his roof for his home extension in Bassendean. He approved our quote and stage payment terms. Another customer so happy with the roof carpenters work we did he contracted us to do the new gutters and downpipes to his project.

Home Extension Greenwood: Peter an Owner Builder in Greenwood was referred to us by a fellow tradesman. Upon meeting with Peter onsite and checking his brickwork, we supplied him with a quote for his home extensions roof carpentry work. Peter approved our quote and we built a beautiful roof extension for him.

Pitched hip roof in Joondanna: A pitched/ cut in roof is superior to a trussed roof in many ways. Trusses are pre fabricated in warehouses and are made to fit perfect dimensions. This can create problems onsite in the real world because brickwork and concreting is rarely EVER perfect. Little imperfections on a pitched roof can be ironed out by measuring in roof members and still producing a beautiful flat roof. Also roof trusses have engineered webbing built into them, thus ruling out any attic storage you may have hoped for. These important issues do not exist on a pitched roof.

Garage home extension Padbury: We were referred to Chris by a tradesman associate to assist with his Owner Builder garage addition to his existing home in Padbury. We extended the existing Gable roof and modified his eaves and porch area. Chris was over the moon with our service.
